The villa is on the 11th hole of the "Teeth of Dog" golf course in a serene neighborhood of other large Villas. You are minutes walk to many activities! There is an hourly shuttle and you get use of a street-golf-cart. Villa Amenities include: Maid 8:00am to 5 p.m. cooks 2 meals, plus sandwiches & snacks; does laundry & linens, & cleans all. Phone, Super Air Conditioning in bedrooms, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, Private Built-in Whirlpool in huge patio. Huge backyard. All occupancy rates are subject to change. State and local taxes may apply. A Full breakfast is included with room rate. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room. Lunch is available by special request. Dinner is available by special request. Special meals available: Low Fat, Restricted, Vegetarian. Policies - Minimum stay required (5 days), Smoking is allowed in limited areas, Limited accommodations for guest pets, Children are welcome, No childcare is provided, Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bring your own), Deposit amount required (In order to guarantee your suite reservation, we require a deposit of 50%), Check in time is 8am and Check out time is 11am. Cancellations: Minimum of 30 day cancellation notice required for full refund of deposit. Less than 30 day notice, no refund if all nights originally reserved have not been resold.
